Covid-19 Info

Welcome Back!

The safety of our students & staff is our number one concern upon re-opening. Keeping the community safe is a shared responsibility, so please familiarize yourself with our new studio protocols before coming in for your next class. It’s a long list, but for your health, and ours, we take these measures very seriously.

  • We ask you do not come to class if you are feeling ill, or showing symptoms.

  • Please wear a mask whenever you are in our building, including during class, as this is the law during Chicago’s "phase 4" of re-opening. Please feel free to rest as needed, & we will strive to keep the cardio to a minimum at this time.

  • We request you use hand sanitizer (provided, or your own) upon entering our studio.

  • Touch-free sign-in, registration, & payment will be handled by our staff through a plexiglass shield. This requires signing a release form good for the rest of 2020.

  • Class times will be spread out to allow sanitation of high-touch points between each class, & staggered to reduce the number of people you’d come in contact within our lobby. No guests will be allowed to wait during your class time for now.

  • Please try to maintain physical distancing of 6’ - our dance rooms will have marks on the dance floor to help with this, & the ventilation system will remain on to give a constant air-flow with fresh outside air.

  • Studentship per class is limited to give the recommended square footage per student, as per CDC guidelines.

  • As usual the studio will be meticulously cleaned daily with anti-viral cleaner.

  • Our "Inspire" performance party on 7/18 will operate with no more than 50 people in the building, no food will be available this time, & we must require masks for the audience (performers can choose to remove their mask for their performance, but will be asked to wear them both before & after).
